5.11
 
To define the commission amount for the Subscription for the calculation of the Investor’s results in 
the "Volume Fee" scheme, the system takes into account only those copied positions, trading results of 
which on the Investor’s account exceed the commission amount to be paid to the Trader for a copied 
position of such volume. 
5.12
 
The Investor has the right to terminate their active Subscription voluntarily at any moment, even if 
there are open positions copied within the framework of this Subscription. In this case, the system 
calculates the commission, in which the floating result of the open copied positions at the moment of the 
Subscription termination is involved in the same way as the fixed result of the closed copied positions.
5.13
 
If the currency of the Investor’s account, which the commission is paid from, differs from the currency 
of the Trader’s account to which the commission is paid, the commission amount is converted according to 
the Company’s internal rates. 
5.14
 
If the currency of the Investor’s account, which the commission is paid from, differs from the currency 
of the Affiliate’s account to which the commission is paid, the commission amount is converted according 
to the Company’s internal rates. 
5.15
 
If the Investor’s account has insufficient funds to make a full payment at the moment of the transfer 
operation, the commission will be charged from the Investor’s account only in the maximum available 
amount. In such case, the system will only transfer the actually withheld amount to the Trader’s and 
Affiliate’s accounts.
5.16
 
If the Investor’s account has no available funds at the moment of the commission transfer operation, 
the commission will not be paid and will not be transferred by the system to the Trader or the Affiliate.
5.17
 
The commission cannot be paid from the funds reserved as margin for open positions on the Investor’s 
account, nor from the funds that are received within the framework of the Company’s promotions and are 
not owned by the Investor.
5.18
 
The commission can be transferred only from the available funds on the Investor’s account to where 
the transactions within the framework of the CopyFX Subscription were copied. The system does not 
transfer funds from the Investor’s other accounts even if there are available funds in them. 
5.19
 
The Company does not compensate either the Trader or the Affiliate the difference in the sum, which 
was actually withheld from the Investor’s account, and the estimated commission amount. 
5.20
 
The CopyFX system does not use the term the Investor’s commission liabilities to the Trader. If the 
total estimated commission amount cannot be transferred from the Investor’s account at the moment of 
calculation, the unpaid amount will not be paid during the next calculations within the framework of this 
Subscription even if the Investor’s account has sufficient funds during these calculations.
5.21
 
The Company charges no additional commission for using the CopyFX system. The total commission 
amount paid by the Investor is transferred to the Trader and the Affiliate in accordance with the rates 
specified in the Trader’s Conditions.
5.22
 
Only the positions copied since the current commission scheme came into force are taken into 
account when calculating the Investor's results. Positions copied within the framework of the same
