Partial closure in MetaTrader 5 
6.9.1
 
The MetaTrader 5 trading platform allows a Trader to partially close a position. When a Trader 
partially closes a position on their MetaTrader 5 account, the remaining open position keeps the same ID 
number, but with a smaller volume. Only a part of the position's floating result becomes fixed and 
influences the Trader's account balance at this moment. 
6.9.2
 
When a Trader partially closes a position on their MetaTrader 5 account, the relevant position on a 
subscribed Investor’s MetaTrader 5 account will be partially closed to the same percentage of its current 
open volume, regardless of the Investor's current copying mode, the rounding down setting, and the pause 
state in the Investor's Subscription. 
6.9.3
 
Partial closure on the Trader's MetaTrader 5 account cannot cause complete closure of a position on 
the Investor's MetaTrader 5 account. In case the calculated volume of a partial closure deal on an Investor's 
account is lower than the minimum permitted volume for an instrument and/or an account, the deal is not 
performed and the Investor's position remains unaffected. 
6.9.4
 
The remaining part of the position after an Investor performed their own partial closure transaction 
on a MetaTrader 5 account is still considered as the copied position that is related to some position on the 
Trader’s account. Such a position will be closed by the CopyFX system when the Trader closes the initial full 
position on their account. 
6.10
 
An Investor can set Conditions on their MetaTrader 5 or R StocksTrader account, which already has
