The results of the study are analyzed and the research work carried out by the University Council in the departments is evaluated. Results are published at the website www.tsue.uz, www.doctorant.tsue.uz
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoev, paragraphs 2,3,10 of the minutes of the meeting No. 34 of June 16, 2021 and the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 314 of July 23, 2021, Extraordinary Resolution of the University Council No. 14 of August 9, 2021 and By the order of the rector of the university No. 275 of August 13, 2021, scientific research centers were established at the departments of specialization.


Matters for consideration

• 
  how the areas of research (artistic) activities correspond to the mission of the HEI and strategic objectives; what are indicators to measure the success;
  
• 
  does HEI have an appropriate organizational and structural framework, respective infrastructure for promotion of research (artistic) activities;
  
• 
  what is correlation between research (art) and studies (all three levels);
  
• 
  dynamics of publications and defended dissertations, research publications, conferences and art exhibitions of the HEI (for the period of last 5 years);
  
• 
  how external partners are selected for collaboration in research (artistic) activities; what is an added value of such collaboration;
  
• 
  Incomes (funding) from activities related to research (artistic) activities;
  
• 
  how HEI collects data about its research (artistic) activities and results;
  
• 
  how the staff involved in research (artistic) activities is motivated and promoted.
