Strengths and weaknesses of evaluation area
Strengths:
We are the one of the greatest university in our own field.

1. 
   Most Phd and Dc candidates defensed their work at our university
   
2. 
   One of the university with reasonable amount of foreign teachers
   
3. 
   Lots of memorandums and contracts with foreign universities
   
4. 
   A great many types of awards for the university workers to motivate themselves
   
5. 
   Collaboration with foreign university teachers in research activities
   
6. 
   We are the leading university to give books, syllabuses and materials to teach to other universities in the fields of economics.
   
7. 
   Modern laboratories of the universities.
   
8. 
   Contracts with a great many local firms, enterprises.
   
9. 
   Annual action plan for research is present
   

Weaknesses:

1. 
   Most memorandums and contracts are not effective for our university which have been made with foreign universities. The important thing is not the amount of the memorandum and contacts, a few memorandums and contracts which is running is better than more.
   
2. 
   Academic staff of the university is not sufficient to the university student in terms of Dc and Phd. We have to motivate researchers and Basic doctoral student to get PhD and Dc faster. Year by year students are getting more in amount, but PhD and Dc students are not like this. We have to find better ways in this field.
