In accordance with the decision of the TSUE Council, the journals in the Scopus and Web of Science databases have been approved as internationally recognized scientific and technical databases.
However, not all professors currently have the experience to publish a scientific article in the Scopus scientific and technical database. In particular, due to the fact that the list of journals in the databases Scopus / Science Direct / Web of Science / Springer Nature is updated every year, professors are mistaken in choosing the journal, which leads to many cases of cheating on blacklisted journals.
The solution to this problem consists of many parts. Firstly, it is explained by the fact that academic professors are not regularly acquainted with scientific materials published in foreign languages, including English, and secondly, the written academic English skills of professors and teachers are not sufficiently formed. Third, it is explained by the fact that the research methodology is not fully formed in all authors. There is International center of English, Mamun Academy working to train and retrain the faculty to improve their ESP English.
In particular, negotiations with foreign publishing houses on the use of online resources, membership in foreign periodicals (magazines, newspapers), the organization of courses in English for professors, the ability to write in English from the first bachelor's degree.In particular, professors and teachers were regularly acquainted with scientific materials published by researchers in foreign languages, including English. In particular, as a result of negotiations with Springer Publishing House, professors and doctoral students of TSUE have the opportunity to download Open Access e-books and all monographs;
There is a financial support system to reward the faculty who publish articles in high ranking Scopus WoS journals with TSUE affiliation, from 2000 USD to 800 USD depending on the quartile of the Acadmic journal.
