6.5. The Parties are obliged: 6.5.1. To ensure the storage of confidential information, excluding unauthorized access to it by third parties; 6.5.2. Not to transmit confidential information to third parties, either in full or in part; 6.5.3. Not to publish confidential information in mass media and not to disclose confidential information to an unlimited number of persons in any other way; 6.5.4. To provide access to confidential information exclusively to duly authorized persons of the Parties; 6.5.5. To register persons who have access to the confidential information of the other Party received under this Public offer; 6.5.6. To perform other duties to protect the confidential information provided by the legislation of the Parties. 7. OTHER CONDITIONS 7.1. The Bank is hereby not responsible for errors and misprints arising through the fault of the Client in the context of the Application. 7.2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to execute the Application (s) of the Client in case of incorrect filling of the Application (s) by the Client 7.3. The offer (agreement) enters into force from the moment of signing and submitting by the Client the conversion Application or from the moment of authorizing this Aapplication via Internet Banking. 7.4. The offer (agreement) is valid for an indefinite period. 7.5. Each time when submitting a conversion Application or authorizing these Applications in Internet Banking the Client joins this offer. 7.6. The Parties agreed to take all measures to resolve disagreements through negotiations. If the agreement is not reached, all disputes arising from this Public offer shall be resolved in the Economic Court of Tashkent. 7.7. All amendments and additions to this Public offer are valid from the moment they are published on the website www.kdb.uz; 7.8. Neither Party has the right to transfer or assign to third parties its rights and obligations under this Public offer without the prior written consent of the other Party. 7.9. In all other matters that are not directly regulated by this Public offer, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 7.10. Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties are defined in compliance with Law “On contractual-legal framework of business entities’ activities” and current legislation of Republic of Uzbekistan. 7.11. Present Public offer is concluded in Russian and English languages. In case if any disputes arise related to the interpretation of the Public offer, the Russian version shall prevail. 7.12. The terms of this Public offer also apply to transactions when converting the national currency into foreign currency through open currency position of the Bank.
