Nowadays, a modern enterprise is an organization whose effective
management requires a wide variety of applied methods and tools, aimed primarily
at achieving clear goals and objectives at the lowest cost.
Considering important modern technologies used in modern industrial
enterprises, the Internet of Things (IoT) can be noted. The Internet of Things has
been a major technological advance over the past few decades. It enables detailed
monitoring of equipment, vehicles and machinery and is valuable for optimizing
operations.
In addition, it is analytics for collecting, aggregating and analyzing data.
Already, many companies are using drones to detect various problems and accidents
and leaks. This significantly reduces risks and increases the safety of production and
transportation itself, helps to save significant funds [4].

It should be noted the construction of digital models - a modern technology
that is widely implemented at the present time. When using such digital models with
data analysis, it becomes possible to make predictions, assess the likelihood of the
results of specific activities and direct efforts to the right place [2].
Another innovative technology is augmented reality (AR). It allows you to
integrate augmented reality elements into any material media. This allows you to
visualize operation, “see” internal equipment, optimize tasks according to best
practices, and assist in troubleshooting.
Augmented reality allows you to train employees in conditions as close to real
ones as possible, reduce various risks, and reduce the time to eliminate various
problems.
Another technology is growing in popularity - blockchain as a distributed
digital ledger. When trading energy resources, blockchain must be present, this will
significantly reduce the time spent on negotiating prices and sales volumes. If you
combine technological equipment, all kinds of sensors, highways and blockchain,
you can collect a huge amount of data, create a database, track the execution of
contracts, and make payments.
Quantum computing is also of paramount importance to the downstream
industries in the industry. Using the inherent probabilistic nature of quantum
computing, many new productive algorithms can be created [3]. This will
significantly increase the applied computational performance.
For resource planning of industrial enterprises, it is important to note the
introduction of ERP systems. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an
organizational strategy for integrating production and operations, human resources
and financial management. This is, first of all, an information system that will allow
you to store, process and analyze most of the critical data for work. Each company
has its own structure. Such a structure is multidimensional and can be divided into
interrelated and interdependent substructures, which can be considered as
independent. This will greatly simplify the management process itself, will allow to
collect, process and analyze the necessary information in time to make the right
decision [1]. In the conditions of market development, complication of its
infrastructure, competition, information itself is the same strategic resource. The
goal of ERP systems is to integrate all areas of activity into a single model. This
model brings together all data and processes and provides complete optimization of
resources and the entire enterprise. This is an extensive database of critical
information for the enterprise, combined into a single productive mechanism.
The development of digitalization of industrial production and business
informatization shows that information technology, production, processing and
business mutually influence each other [4]. On the basis of new information
technologies, it is necessary to build information systems and fully integrate them
into the activities of the organization. Enterprises and their businesses must be
supported by information technology, discover new opportunities based on them,
develop, improve and derive the maximum benefit from such technologies.
