'I'll be round in the morning' means almost exactly the same as 'I'll be
over in the morning' but it is slightly more casual. As in many verbs,
round
means 'approximately here' or 'here, but not urgently'. 'Come to my

house' is direct and businesslike, but 'come round to my house' is friendly
and more relaxed.
Two-word verb without an object

We are at the end of a business meeting, and many things have been
decided. Charles is to write a report for the managing director, Elena is
to recruit the five new people that the project needs, and the managing
director, Mr Harare, is to meet everybody else again in a week.
This means that everything has been decided.
Mary is to go to London on Tuesday.
(This is definitely formal and business-like. It implies that Mary has
accepted the responsibility of going to London.)
Inseparable two-word verb
No problem.
be up to
'What are you up to?' we ask a child. It means the same as 'What are you
doing right now?' When a little child is lying down, usually there is no
problem. But if children are
up
, there is a big chance that they are up to
mischief, that they are doing something that they should not be doing, that
they are being naughty. So -
'What are you up to?' means 'What are you doing? Are you being
naughty? Are you causing trouble?'
