Facilitates the work of the manager of the front desk and manager of uniformed services to ensure that these departments
consistently deliver the highest levels of guest service and attain revenue and expense goals.
•
Directs the work of the manager of front desk and manager of uniformed services.
•
Interacts with human resources personnel regarding recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance
appraisals for these managers.
•
Coordinates budget development for these departments.
•
Assists in analyzing PMS data and in selected revenue management activities.
•
Prepares operating reports.
•
Coordinates services and guest expectation and expense information with other department heads; works with staff to
plan for and implement corrective actions that addresses issues related to his or her responsibilities.

Responsible for managing, directing, and evaluating the activities of front desk cashiers and front desk agents. Facilitates
their work to ensure that the appropriate level of guest service is provided and that departmental revenue goals are attained.

Provides input to the selection of front desk agents and cashiers.
•
Trains and cross-trains front desk agents and cashiers.
•
