Responsible for managing, directing, and evaluating the work of bell services attendants and facilitates their work to ensure
the appropriate level of guest service.

Manages the bell services department and its team of bell services staff.
•
Provides quality bell services to guests to help ensure their satisfaction and return.
•
Plans and coordinates department areas to meet requirements of VIP, group, banquet, and transient guests.
•
Develops policies and procedures to remain on the cutting edge of industry standards.
•
Develops, implements, and conducts training programs within the department to increase the level of professionalism,
proficiency, and courtesy of employees.
•
Sells department services to groups for baggage pulls and deliveries to maximize the hotel’s profitability.
