memorize the date & place for it. So called 
‘Push-type’ information service.
- In the IT in Medical fields in Japan, the 
‘Electronic Medical Record System’ is the 
main stream now. With common ID for the 
people and interconnectivity of medical 
records, we can check prescriptions which are 
given to one patient from several hospitals and 
give caution to doctors on medicine-medicine 
interaction. It’s still not practical stage but 
testing stage now in Japan.

People can send his/her idea/view about new 
law/order by the government/local government.
Government has web site for public comment 
where they list laws / orders that accept public 
comment and these final result.
