contributes to the cohesion of the children's team, the development of computer skills, 
allows you to fully realize the clarity, multimedia and interactivity of learning
Web quest contributes to:
- Internet search of information that the teacher instructs students,
- the development of students' thinking at the stage of analysis, synthesis and 
evaluation of information,
- the development of computer skills of students and increase their vocabulary,
- encouraging students to learn independently from the teacher,
- the development of research and creative abilities of students,
- increasing personal self-esteem.
For example, the stages of working on a web quest when studying the history 
of the emergence of organic chemistry include:
The initial stage (team). Get acquainted with the basic concepts on the chosen 
topic (structure of organic compounds, isomerism, homology, etc.), materials of similar 
projects. Roles are distributed in the team: All team members must help each other and 
learn how to work with computer programs.
Role stage. Individual teamwork for the overall result. Participants at the same 
time, in accordance with the selected roles, perform tasks (collect material 1 team - on 
the history of the origin and development of organic chemistry. 2 team on the 
distinguishing features of organic compounds, 3 team - theories of the chemical 
structure of organic substances, the concept of isomerism, types of isomerism, 4 team
- classification and methods of cognition of organic substances, theoretical foundations 
and mechanisms of reactions with organic substances).
Since the goal of the work is not competitive, in the process of working on a 
web quest there is a mutual training of team members in computer skills and the 
Internet. Teams jointly summarize the results of each assignment, participants 
exchange materials to achieve a common goal - to create a final presentation.
The final stage. The team works together, under the guidance of a teacher, 
feels its responsibility for the research results published in the final presentation.
Based on the results of the study of the problem, conclusions and suggestions 
are formulated. A competition of completed works is held, where the understanding of 
the task, the reliability of the information used, its relation to the given topic, critical 
analysis, consistency, structured information, certainty of positions, approaches to
