In a country like India, that remained under foreign domination for centuries since
the mediaeval times in Indian history, lack of education, child labor, dismal quality of life and
standards of living, and other evils like poverty, ignorance superstitions, disease, lack of mature
citizenship, etc. have apparently and appallingly been writ large among the populace since long
and have remained deeply ingrained into the psyche of the common man even today, after
freedom from the colonial rule since sixty-five years ago. A lot of efforts have since been made
to improve the education scenario by instituting a host of commissions and committees and
opening quite a large number of educational institutions and specialists’ schools as well as a set
of regulatory authorities to maintain the norms, standards and quality of education at all levels
and in every area of study to cater to the ever-expanding needs and aspirations of the people at
large.
According to (Wilson, Lennox, Brown, & Hughes, 2020) while technology is certainly important
to the progress of new employment roles, more dismissals in the employees are expected for
numerous, with whole occupations probable to be absorbed by technology in fast order. This
might be the first technological revolution in which there is a net reduction in opportunities for

and opportunities of further advancement in space research and gigantic communication media
network. There are computers and calculating machines accelerating the pace of research for the
welfare and betterment of human life. This vast world has been so inter-linked to appear as a
global village such that in a few seconds, persons can contact and visualize what is happening in
the remote parts, at the other end of the earth. This obviously raises the levels of aspirations of
every individual to reach out to the farthest comer of the globe to know more and more of it to
satiate his intrinsic urge to explore and examine every bit of knowledge and experience thus
gathered.
Creativity is one of the most highly valued attributes of human beings, because creative acts
affect enormously in all spheres of life. It is, therefore, imperative to give due recognition to the
phenomenon of attribute creativity and its importance in life, so that every individual uses his
innate abilities to the maximum and the society can be saved from stagnation and inertia. Those
nations, which learn best how to identify, develop and encourage creativity in their people, may
find themselves in very advantageous positions.
