Abstract

:

 With the changing blueprint of responsibility in management education, institutions of 



higher  education  are  becoming  more  and  more  focused  on  performing  well  beside  a  growing 

number  of  metrics.  Many  used  as  alternative  measures  to  specify  value  of  educational 

experience,  amongst  the  most  common  and  perhaps  most  notable  are  those  relating  to 

management  students  career  destinations.  In  the  middle  of  the  fourth  industrial  revolution, 

several studies high point the probable implication and worth of creativity, problem-solving and 

critical thinking, for successful navigation of the complexities of the future. Consequently, these 

capacities  are  becoming  more  significant  in  determining  management  student’s  career 

development,  management  educational  strategy  and  employers  demanding  for  creative 

workforce.  This  paper  presents  a  synthesis  an  outline  framework  for  the  development  of 

creativity  among  management  students,  management  education  and  employers  concluding  that 

there are aspects of creative practice capable of worthwhile for their employability reform.
