The analysis reveals that supervisors are satisfied with responsibility given to them in performing 
their  duties.  Analysis  also  reveals  that  supervisors  are  satisfied  with  the  nature  of  work 
performed. 
The  scores  obtained  for  the  low  satisfaction  job  factors  and  the  deviations  from  maximum 
possible scores (180) and the average score (108) are shown in the following table.
