opportunity for citizens and entrepreneurs to resolve their disputes without a single visit to the 
courthouse; creating convenience for citizens by ensuring efficiency and accuracy in making payments 
that are mandatory for going to courts; ensuring openness and transparency of the courts; simplification 
of the procedure for legal proceedings by completely abandoning the paper form of office work, as well 
as increasing the efficiency of work; ensuring fairness and impartiality in the courts by minimizing the 
human factor in the office work process; obtaining by courts in the process of considering a certain 
case the necessary information and documents directly from state bodies and organizations in 
electronic form, without creating inconveniences for citizens, by integrating the information system of 
the Supreme Court with information systems of state bodies and organizations and not only
