Along
with a professionally oriented teaching method, carefully selected teaching material, it is important that
in modern teaching practice foreign languages, an individual-oriented approach was effectively
applied.
The need for this approach is because any group starting continuing or continuing includes students
with different abilities to master in a foreign language, with different intellectual abilities, with
different motivation to language learning.
The most significant problem of modern methods of teaching
foreign languages is the orientation of the educational process to the active creative thinking work of
students in the context of the development of their analytical and constructive skills. Formation of the
future specialist legal profile in the modern educational space implies development and further
improvement of such types of his readiness as motivational, informational and operational, i.e. a
graduate of a law school must be ready for practical activities, towards socially demanded and socially
acceptable implementation his professional, intellectual and creative potential.
These competencies can
be formed only in the process of using the effective learning technologies, aimed primarily at
qualitative changes in education system, the result of which will be the mastery of students of
professional and communicative competence, the ability to proactively and creatively participate in
communication on the subject of the subject being studied. These include, first, the real use using the
Internet as information bases.
A
modern man from an early age becomes a user of the computer and the
Internet. The Internet is the source of modern new authentic materials, training sites, method of
projects. In this regard, there is modification of traditional forms of education. The great advantage of
interactive communication technologies in professionally oriented teaching of law students English is
the ability to obtain the necessary information within several hours. It should also be considered
positive that network communication makes it possible learning environment to provide a constant
mode of access to information from both the teacher and the student, which corresponds to the
continuity of the educational process.
Many professionally oriented texts are taken from the Internet in order to quickly enter vivid
vocabulary and improve communication skills.
One of the advantages of new technologies, for
example, network computers, is access to court procedures in real conditions. Modern technologies
