in the activities of the judiciary, including citizens and business entities to achieve justice; 
from January 1, 2023, the submission and acceptance of court cases in the state archive in electronic 
form; 
further improvement of the infrastructure of information and communication technologies in the courts, 
the High Judicial Council and the High School of Judges. 
By decision, the electronic appeal of judges and candidates for the position of a judge to the High 
Judicial Council, automatic selection of questions and tasks asked during the conversation using the 
information system. Introduction of a procedure for sending applications and appeals to the Higher 
School of Judges through its official website, forming a rating of professors-teachers and students in 
electronic form, monitoring the educational process of preparing candidates for the position of a judge, 
as well as students of retraining and advanced training courses for judges and staff members ships 
online. 
According to the decree related to the development of software for the court system, it is carried out at 
the expense of the Fund for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies, the 
Fund for the Development of the Judiciary, international grants, funds from donor organizations and
