Ftorid yoki natriy ionini ionometrik aniqlash
Ftorid (natriy) ionining miqdorini aniqlash ftorid selektiv (natriyselektiv) elektrodning tegishli sistemalardagi potensialini o‘lchashga asoslangan. Analiz maxsus ionomer yordamida yoki potensiometr – pH metr yordamida bajarilishi mumkin. pH metrdan foydalanganda, uning shkalasini tegishli qiymatlarda darajalash kerak. Ionlarni aniqlashning mavjud kimyoviy usullari ko‘p mehnat va vaqt talab etadi. Biroq, ularning aniqligi va to‘g‘riligi kam. Ionlarni ionometrik aniqlash istiqbolli yo‘nalishdir.
Ftorid (natriy yoki boshqa) selektiv elektrodning potensiali tegishli ionning aktivligiga bog‘liq:
Doimiy ion kuchiga ega bo‘lgan eritmalar uchun
qiymat doimiy bo‘lishi mumkin (formal yoki real potensial). Real potensial har bir eritma uchun tegishli qiymatga ega bo‘ladi.
Ishni bajarish tartibi. Agar standart eritmalar tayyor bo‘lmasa, ular aniq namunalar olish yo‘li bilan 1 M konsentratsiyali eritmalarni ketma-ket suyultirish yordamida tayyorlanadi. Tayyorlangan 1 M eritmaning muayyan qismlarini 10 martadan ketma-ket suyultirib 0,1; 0,01; 0,001; 0,0001; 0,00001 M eritmalar hosil qilinadi. Eritmaning ion kuchini doimiy saqlab qolish uchun har bir eritmani atsetatli bufer aralashma yordamida suyultirish lozim. Shu eritmalarning har biri uchun elektrod potensiali o’lchanadi va E-lgC bog‘lanish asosida darajalash chizmasi tuziladi.
So‘ngra tekshiriladigan modda eritmasining elektrod potensiali o‘lchanadi. Darajalash chizmasi yordamida aniqlanayotgan ionning konsentratsiyasi topiladi.
Analiz natijasini hisoblash. Aniqlanayotgan ionning namunadagi miqdori (g) quyidagicha hisoblanadi:
bu yerda, Nx - aniqlanayotgan eritmaning darajalash chizmasi yordamida topiladigan normalligi;
Эх - aniqlanayotgan ion ekvivalentining molyar massasi;
Vk- tekshirilayotgan eritmaning hajmi, ml.
