WAYS OF AVOIDING OWN UNEMPLOYMENT OF YOUTH

Ushbu maqolada Davlatimiz rahbari farmoni bilan tasdiqlangan O`zbekistan 
Respublikasini rivojlantirish bo`yicha Taraqqiyot strategiyasida barcha sohalar qatori yoshlar
masalasiga ham e`tibor qaratilgani alohida ta`kidlangan. Xususan, bandlikni ta`minlash, 
yangi ish o`rinlari yaratish, kollej bitiruvchilarini o`z mutaxassisliklari bo`yicha ishga 
joylashtirishga qaratilgan ko`plab amaliy ishlar o`z ifodasini topayotgani aynan ko`rsatilgan. 
The profitable way of rescue ununion youth from idleness – to provide them with 
entrepreneurship by means of avoiding them from going to foreign countries to search any 
kind of good job and to hold them through this way. Some of the unemployed the youth even 
middle ages people search jobs which are footed the much more bill for work and find it. Yet 
the job is not preferred them, so they want to go for searching the best job in foreign 
countries as if there are lots of good and be settled works. I want to elucidate this position 
from Uzbek proverb: “Har yerni qilma orzu, har yerda bor tosh-u tarozi.” 
Before they should select their favorite domains, then they should be educated from their 
chosen ways. Nowadays in lots of progresses and countries that as a statistical information, 
stand at the end of the list which is made more exact the quantity of the unemployment’s 
there is one approach: “Do what you love and the money will follow”. I think this approach is 
useful because interests, experiences and competences are important to employment 
prosperity the government and businessmen should create much more industries which need 
in society. For instance:

Usually business services as it is also the largest sector economy;

Healthcare is increasing with knowledge and experiences that are learned other 
countries and is creating new a lots of jobs and priorities;

Big private sewing factories that businessmen have opened, should include some 
vacant jobs at least 20 or 30 ununion people;

Work as voluntarily with desire! 
If you are not happy or don’t have a wish in your work, you will be not lucky, you will not 
have delight, you will not savor with delectation that will harmful your opportunities for 
advancement. The government is responsible for avoiding unemployed people’s 
unemployment’s. If it supplies with job lots of people, the work of chosen functionaries are 
reduced. For this purpose youngest should try to show all their knowledge and abilities in 
different ways of life. 
As avoidance of this, what should the government do to supervise unemployment? First of 
all is change in extend credit policy. In the other developed countries this idea is one of the 
effectively ways which solve unemployment problem. For example in USA changing in 
credit policy causes decrease in unemployment. Firstly businessmen get on credit as a loan to 
porches some indispensable essential equipments and to take into workers’ employments or 
to submit capital investment when credits’ percent’s is low praised and cheap. 
Second is financial policy. In this situation the government and businessmen diminish 
unemployment through immediately creating new vacancy. They should increase spending 
on government currency, by signing up for the new arguments and The Economic Stimulus 
Programs or Business protocols. There are lots of jobs that is available for unemployed 
people, especially youth, to state doing when the government sign up for the new treaties. 
It is shown to ways to provide youth with being busy in the following statements: 
Encourage Entrepreneurship. 
As you know businessmen and businesswomen are always to trying to rise innovation 
employment and also it is necessary to create wealth and to grow up economic site. Even 
though members of government are damming several banknotes which should help 
entrepreneurs are not feeling any kind of profit from the budgets. In such kind of countries 
like Australia, it is made children believe to their own business, as if first step to be more 
independent. 
It is said that in Germany than USA a plenty of people who are employed is the youth. The 
hidden method of taking the best results in the country – it is not true that laying workers off 
through shorten the workplace, instead, work hours should be lessened. Through the 
traditional narrowing down, the dismissed employees are paid half of the wage for a certain 
period of time by the state. The government also works to prevent unemployed people’s 
unemployment. 
According to the accounts, in other countries which have little unemployment, if 
employers lessen the working time by 20 percent, the employees are less likely to work 20 
percent, and pay less than 10 percent. As a matter of usual science of numbers in my country 
if everybody works about 15 or 20 percent fewer hours, we will need at least 20 or 25 percent 
greater degree of workers to supply with similar amount of toil. 
If we use these ways in Uzbekistan, I think it gives us the effect for reduction 
unemployment. We can achieve the result of uniting unorganized youth and employing them.
