My family. Mening oilam (Моя семья)

I have got a family. It is not very big. We are five: my father, mother, little brother and big sister.

My Mum is not old. She is young and pretty. Her hair is blond and curly. She has got blue eyes. She is not tall. She is a doctor. She is kind.

My Dad is strong and handsome. His hair is fair and straight. His eyes are brown. My father is very clever. He is a good engineer. He works for a big company.

I have got a sister. Her name is Ann. She is eighteen. Ann is my big sister. She is a student. My brother's name is Nick. He is five. He is my little brother. He is not a pupil. Sometimes Nick is naughty but he is a very friendly boy.

I have got a grandmother and a grandfather. They have got their own house. They live in a village. They do not work. My Granny is a retired nurse and my grandpa is a retired worker. Sometimes they come to see us and we visit them too.

My parents have sisters and brothers. My father’s sister is my aunt. She is a teacher. My mother's brother is my uncle. He is a businessman. Their children are my cousins. We all love each other dearly. (230 words)

I am Behzod . It is my name. My surname is Toshpo’latov. I am from Uzbekistan. I live in Tashkent. I am 18. I am a student. I study at univercity. I am in form 9-17 MT. I like books and computer games. My hobby is sports. I have got many friends. We play football, basketball and tennis.

I am tall. My hair is black. My eyes are grey. My nose is small. My mouth is little I think I am good looking and clever. My family is not very large. I have a father, a mother, a 2 brother and a sister. We all live together. My father is a man of 53. He is a tall and handsome man with short black hair and brown eyes. He works at a plant as an engineer. He likes his work and spends most of his time at the plant. My mother is a woman of 52. She is a teacher. She works at a school. She is very beautiful. My 2 brother is a engineer . He is a handsome fellow of 28 and 26. My sister is a girl of 27. She is pretty. She has black hair and brown eyes. Her hobby is English.

At the age of 6 or 7 all boys and girls go to school. I go to school too. The number of my school is 338. Our school is large and light. It is neither old nor new. There is a school yard around it. You can see a sports ground behind the school. Sometimes we have physical training lessons there.

Our school has got three floors. There is a workshop on the ground floor. It is big. There are all kinds of tools and machines there. The boys of our school have a wood-work room too. They learn to make things of wood in this room. There is a room for manual work for girls. It is not on the ground floor, it is on the second floor.

There are some computer classes, and pupils like such school subjects as Computing.

If you enter the school and go to the left you see a dining-room. Pupils and teachers have their breakfast and dinner here.

The dining-room is a clean one. There are many nice pictures on the walls.

There is a gymnasium near the dining-room. All pupils like to go there, because they like physical training lessons.

Our school has got a library. It is on the ground floor too. There are a lot of interesting new and old books in it. But our library has no reading-room.

Our school has got many classrooms. We have got two English classrooms. History, Geography and Physics classrooms and others. They are big and light and each of them has got two large windows with green curtains, flowers on the window-sills, a bookcase near the door, the blackboard on the wall.

The teacher’s table with many books on it is situated not far from the blackboard. There are twenty desks and some comfortable chairs in the classrooms. There is a TV set in each classroom. Sometimes it is used during the lessons.

There is a school hall on the second floor where meetings and conferences take place.
House. Uy (Дом)

We have got a nice flat in a new house. There are four rooms in our flat: two bedrooms, a sitting - room, and a kitchen. We have got a hall, a bathroom and a toilet.

Our bedrooms are not large. There is one window in a bedroom. The bed is in the middle of the room. The wardrobe and the mirror are near the wall. There is a small table in front of the mirror.

Our sitting - room is big and light. There is a sofa, a table, a bookcase, two armchairs in our sitting-room. The table is in the centre of the room. There are some chairs around the table. Two comfortable armchairs are in front of the TV set. It’s nice to sit in the armchair and watch TV set in the evening. Beautiful curtains on the windows and carpets on the floor make our sitting - room nice and cozy.

Kitchen is a very nice place. There is a stove, a fridge, a sink, a table, four stools, and two cupboards. (180words)
