• Vegetable crops are a group of crops grown mainly for vegetables. More than 120 cultivars are known. 90 species belonging to 10 families are widespread. Vegetable crops are divided into the botanical families of cabbage, umbrella, sagebrush, squash, tomato, cornflower, complex flower, onion, sagebrush. Bulbs and ears are monocotyledons, the rest are dicotyledons. Vegetable crops are divided into annual, biennial and perennial crops, depending on the type of growth and duration of development.
