Objectives: to develop critical thinking and writing skills; to raise awareness of the Aral Sea catastrophe, its cause, eff ect and solution
STEP 1: The pupils look at the photos of the Aral Sea taken in 1989 and 2014.
Explain that even today the situation in 2019 is the same.
STEP 2: The pupils discuss the problem, cause, eff ect and solution.
STEP 3: The pupils write a short report about this problem.
