5. The findings 

The  following  graph  illustrates  the  overall  way  in  which  language  was  used  during  the  lesson 

observation by all the participants.

During  lesson  observations,  all  the  10  participants  were  seen  to  be  using  the  following  types  of 

language  asking  open  and  closed  questions,  responding  to  and  repeating  student  answers,  giving 

instructions, using activity-related language and directing specific questions to individuals.
