12.OTHER CONDITIONS 
 
12.1. All changes, amendments and appendixes to present 
Contract have legal force and considered to be its integral 
part only if it is made in written and authenticated with signs 
and stamps by both sides. 
12.2. The Parties agreed that all documents regarding present 
contract sent by fax have full legal force.
12.3. The contract is drawn up (composed) in Russian and 
English languages in 2 copies, one copy for each of the 
Parties. If any disputes or contradictions regarding present 
contract arise, the Parties shall be guided by (act on basis of) 
the Russian version of the contract.
12.4. Present Contract comes into legal force from the date 
of signing by both of the Parties and valid until 
May

12.5. The contract may be terminated early at any time: 
• 
due to one of the Parties’ initiative, in this regard 
the Party which initiates the termination must inform the 
other Party about such decision in written 20 working days 
before the estimated date of termination; 
• 
due to mutual agreement of the Parties; 
• 
due to decision of a court. 
12.6. In case of early termination of the contract the Parties 
(the Buyer and the Seller) must make final mutual 
settlements within 30 working days from the date of 
termination.
12.7. In case of changes in address, contact information or 
bank information, the Parties must inform each other about 
such changes in 10 working days from the moment of 
changes occur and compose an appropriate authenticated 
document.
12.8. All changes and additions to this contract must be made 
in writing and signed by authorized persons of both parties.
