4.4. VALIDITY OF THE CRITERIA OF INNOVATIVE METHODS ACCORDING TO FUNCTIONAL INDICATORS
An urgent problem of pedagogical science in physical education is the improvement of state educational standards, which cannot be solved without theoretical analysis and experimentally based verification on the studied contingent. The solution to this problem follows from the fact that the physical development and motor readiness of the students of the middle and upper levels of educational institutions do not meet the requirements imposed on them by the service in the Armed Forces.
The basis for the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies in the educational process of physical education of students of the Military Technical Lyceum was the results of longitudinal experimental studies conducted on this contingent of students and the experience of physical education teachers in athletics classes.
The results of monitoring control tests of students' motor readiness revealed that the systematicity and continuity of the educational process was ensured due to the unity of regular and extracurricular forms of physical education.
In the process of implementing the author's methodology of pedagogical technologies in athletics classes, much attention was paid to an individual approach to dosing the volume and intensity of physical activity.
By the method of factor analysis, the selection of physical exercises was carried out and their dosage was determined, carried out on the basis of the results of previously conducted experimental studies and the requirements of state standards for physical education.
The use of prolonged low-intensity running during physical education classes is limited by the peculiarities of students' behavior and solving problems aimed at improving motor qualities. In order to adapt students to study at a specialized military-technical lyceum, it is recommended that at the beginning of the school year, for a short time, use a proven system of preparing young men for the upcoming physical work.
