Deadly first touch 
G1 throws the ball under arm (Two handed) to G2, to his chest, feet, 
thigh and G2 has to stop the ball DEAD within two yards of his body. 
This is to help keepers improve their first touch on back passes. 
Also this can be progressed where G1 throws the ball in, bouncing, 
spinning, looping etc etc etc.

Sit up games 
Get G in a line with one ball between two: 
G1 throws the ball to G2 forehead, G2 catches the ball takes it straight 
back until he is on his back, then immediately comes back up and throws 
to G1’s for head. This is repeated until coach’s stops the exercise. 
It is advantageous to time these circuits, seeing which keeper/s get the 
most between them, as the competitiveness stretches your students. 
Normally 30-45second is more than enough. 
G can also throw the ball down the sides and across their body. If you do 
not know this exercise please ask us.
