(a) Any dispute, claim, difference or controversy arising out of, relating to or having any connection with this Agreement (including any dispute, claim, difference or controversy regarding the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination of this Agreement or the consequences of their nullity and any dispute, claim, difference or controversy relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement) (a Dispute) shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre (the Rules). The Rules are incorporated by reference into this Clause and capitalised terms used in this Clause 24 which are not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meanings given to them in the Rules. 21
