It is the ability to organize and inspire a class, encourage students, when it is needed. It also includes creating and improving of learning activity of the students.
Classroom management aims to organize a teaching process.
If the teacher is not well prepared:
Exists problems in organizing process
Loses control.
Classroom management involves behavior modification.
Teachers usually are busy to keep disciplines in the class (poor management).
Learners should be involved into active work.
Creating speech environment is one of the main factors in Classroom management.
