Subject: A informative report about weekly teaching process

The purpose of this report is to inform about my weekly teaching process which began in the beginning of October. It includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats which I come across during my teaching process.
There are some factors which are little interest for learning new languages, weak memory, low background in English and some bad- tempered pupils. These factors certainly affects the other students’ learning and my teaching process.
First of all, from the beginning of this month till today I collected some information about their personality and ability to learn new language. It is fact that knowing the students closely helps the teacher teach them better. I found that some of them have laziness and the others have inadequate ways of learning languages.
It is clear that these problems influence their getting knowledge process. I preferred to give some motivations to get rid of their laziness for the first type of the students and explain the importance of this project and why they study at this college. For the second type of them I gave a bunch of advice how to learn foreign languages and some handouts to work on themselves.
I came across another issue which is that the students have not any kind of interest to work this project. They have no aim to enter this college. When I asked “What will you do after graduating this college?” some of them answered that they would take another profession .
In spite of such kind of weakness and threats, there are some opportunities which make me happy. Some students have strong dedication, good knowledge in English and wide outlook for this project. These students also motivate teachers with their aspirations
To conclude , this informative report shows only a conclusion of a fifteen day teaching process. We hope that we can get expected outcomes from this project.
The urgent task is that we should solve all problems that we encounter in proper way as soon as possible.
