    The requirements for teaching the subjects on specialty:

    1. The role of every subject in training teachers.

    2. Be able to choose the content of every subject

    3. Be able to clarify the aim of the theme being presents

    4. To be able to select the appropriate methods and forms of organizing teaching every theoretical subjects.

    5. To focus the attention on the final results of the learning.

    7. The main documents of teaching and methodology:

    1. Planning the teaching prosses

    2. Teaching programs

    3. Many other documents relating to teaching process

    1. The modern requirements, put to organizing the teaching process

    2. Teacher’s activity and learners activity

    3. Teaching mastership.

    The private methodology of teaching the subjects on specialty.
    The main requirements and forms of teaching the subjects on specialty:

    1. The role of independent learning at high school.

    2. Didactic requirements put to writing course papers on the subjects of specialty.

    3. The methods of organizing lectures on the theoretical subjects

    Classroom management.


    It is the ability to organize and inspire a class, encourage students, when it is needed. It also includes creating and improving of learning activity of the students.
    Classroom management aims to organize a teaching process.
    If the teacher is not well prepared:

    1. Exists problems in organizing process

    2. Loses control.



    1. Classroom management involves behavior modification.

    2. Teachers usually are busy to keep disciplines in the class (poor management).

    Learners should be involved into active work.
    Creating speech environment is one of the main factors in Classroom management.
    Factors that influence on class management:

    1. Spiritual dimension (different abilities for example, listening ability)

    2. Physical dimension (clothing)

    3. How teachers skill fully teach the language.

    For this teachers should

    1. Make the lesson interesting

    2. Love students

    3. Have good knowledge not only on the subject but also of other subjects

    4. To work with shy students

    5. Correct mistakes without offending

    6. To be able to use a method in time

    Management dimension (aspect). It is seen how the teacher’s address learner’s behavior (eye contact)
    Assertive discipline is used by the majority of teachers. It may give good results but it does not give the students chance to be active and freely express their thoughts.
    Communicative activities are important in classroom management .(role play, debates, discussion, describe and draw picture, story telling or writing etc.)
    A teacher (good teacher) is able to design spontaneous plan or choose the method at the time.
