CHAPTER 6. RESULTS OF THE PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT
The results obtained indicate that the use of gymnastic exercise complexes borrowed from the arsenal of Indian yogis largely compensates for the negative phenomena associated with forced hyperkinesia observed during periods of the year when the ambient temperature is high.
In the process of conducting a pedagogical experiment, an analysis of the studied indicators of female students of the control group, who during the summer months were not involved in organized physical exercises, was carried out. Attention is drawn to the fact that almost all the subjects of this experimental group significantly increased body weight from 51.1 ± 4.8 kg to 54.2 ± 4.9 kg. The magnitude of the progressive change in body weight in girls was 3.1 kg (5.6%.) Comparison of differences in body weight indicators recorded in September and in May revealed their high statistical reliability p<0.01. .
If we compare the obtained results of studies of the motor activity of female students of the secondary school in the summer months of the year with a lack of motor activity, combined with a sufficiently high-calorie diet, then naturally the body weight of female students increases excessively and the amount of fat deposition becomes excessively large.
According to all the studied tests of physical fitness of girls, no statistically significant positive differences were found in the indicators of motor fitness, when compared with the results recorded in spring and autumn. So, the results in the 100 m run for girls during the summer not only did not improve, but even showed some tendency to worsen.

If the female students of the secondary school on average showed a result in the 100 m run of 16.2 + 0.9 seconds, then when retested in September they showed an average result of 16.4 ± 1.1 seconds, which is 0.20 ± 0.1 seconds worse (1.13%)
There was a deterioration in the results in the 500 m run . If in May the girls of the control group showed a result of 116.0 ± 13.8 seconds, then in September the average result was 116.1 ± 12.9 seconds. At the same time, the difference in seasonal indicators was 0.1 seconds.
An unreliable decrease in the results in the long jump with a run-up was revealed. The results of testing speed and power capabilities in the spring period averaged 330.1 ± 28.7 cm, and at the beginning of the school year in September, the result was 331.0 ± 27.2 cm. The differences were unreliable and indicate that practically no changes have occurred over the past 4 months (0.28%)
The achievements of the subjects in throwing grenades have not changed either. Both in spring and autumn, the achievements were almost the same: 22.3±2.9 m versus 22.2 ±2.8 m (0.45%).
A similar pattern was observed in the forward tilt and wrist dynamometry tests. So, for girls, the results in the flexibility test in the spring were 9.3 ± 2.7 cm, and in the autumn testing the result corresponded to 9.2 ± 2.8 cm. The difference was 0.1 cm (1.1%). The results in dynamometric indicators and body weight did not change, averaging 31.2 ± 6.1 kg.
Analysis of experimental indicators for a 4-month period, of which more than two months fell on vacation time, the indicators of motor readiness of female students have not changed significantly. The only statistically significant difference was that the girls showed an increase in body weight.
Analysis of the results obtained during the pedagogical experiment in the second experimental group, where the girls performed static exercise complexes borrowed from the arsenal of Indian yogis 4 times a week during the entire study period, it was revealed that the girls' body weight increased statistically significantly from 51, ± 0 4.9 kg to 53.9 ± 4.2 kg, that is,, by 2.9 kg (5.4%). (Table 13)
Statistically significant increase in body weight (5.4%). it indicates that the consumption of food in the girls of this experimental group exceeded the amount of energy consumption. As a result of the positive balance between the arrival and expenditure of energy, a prerequisite for increasing body weight has arisen.
Similarly to the results of the control group, no statistically significant differences were found in the results of running disciplines.
