4.5. THE INFLUENCE OF REGIONAL FACTORS ON THE HEALTH OF STUDENTS
"It is the health of people that should serve as the main business card of a successful state," wrote I.I. Brekhman
The term "Vale ology" was put into practice in the 80s of the last century and as an academic discipline is now becoming more widely used in the system of educational institutions. The introduction of new disciplines into the pedagogical process aimed at the formation of health-saving technologies goes beyond medical science and moves to the educational plane, where pedagogical vale ology has determined the main direction of the educational process, inheriting the traditions of "therapeutic physical education" and "hygienic education" actualized creativity in activities to promote the health of students.
In the modern theory and practice of physical education, the problem of forming a healthy lifestyle occupies a priority position.
It is gratifying that in the system of higher humanitarian education aimed at training pedagogical personnel for public education in the specialty "physical culture", a course of pedagogical vale ology has been introduced into the educational process, where professional knowledge of the laws of health-saving technologies that contribute to the preservation and strengthening of the health of the younger generation is also needed in the process of teaching the basics of the specialty.
The scientific and technological revolution, having freed people from heavy physical labor, entailed restrictions on the motor activity of the younger generation. The role of physical culture and mass sports as a leading factor in the formation of healthy lifestyle of students is great.
Long-term monitoring of this problem has revealed significant shortcomings in the school pedagogical process, where physical education of schoolchildren was aimed at solving problems related to the implementation of test standards for physical fitness provided by the curriculum, and their physical fitness as an evaluation criterion, in fact, does not have a long-term stimulating factor for physical improvement.
By ensuring a healthy lifestyle for children, observing the principles of healthy lifestyle in education, deepening the knowledge system through the content component of the pedagogical process, it is possible to solve the actual pedagogical tasks of education of students of secondary educational institutions:
1. Education of the need for health.
2. The formation of a scientific understanding of the essence of a healthy lifestyle.
3. Development of the need for continuous improvement of physical self-improvement.
4. Mastering methods of assessing physical development, self-control in the process of physical culture and wellness classes.
5. Formation of the vale logical culture of the individual.
The model of vale logical education for graduates of the Faculty of Physical Culture who will work in the public education system in the future should include four main conditions:
1. Compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms and rules in the organization of the pedagogical process in the public education system.
2. Organization of physical culture and recreation work for the entire school staff.
3. Regular preventive medical examinations and consultations.
4. Creation of a database of physical development and physical fitness based on annual monitoring of the health of students.
5. Organization of healthy recreation with elements of physical culture and sports events
The analysis of numerous literature sources on this problem has revealed that human health determines its viability in a particular habitat, the ability to realize its biological and social functions.
So, according to T.S. Usmankhodzhaev, health is divided into: somatic - the current state of the organs and systems of the body;
physical - the level of growth and development of organs and systems of the body; mental - the state of the mental sphere;
moral - a set of characteristics of the motivational and informative sphere of life.
Representatives of the biomedical sciences cite a classification of approaches to the definition of the concept of "health" as:
1. health is the absence of diseases;
2. health and norm are identical concepts;
3. health as a unity of morphological, psychological and socio-economic constants.
The pace of development of modern life makes it a requirement for teachers of physical culture of educational institutions to actively use national outdoor and sports games as part of the educational process and participation in physical culture and sports events aimed at strengthening the health of students.
The organization of gaming activities helps to find a way out of unexpected situations independently, to think economically, to react instantly to the action of an opponent or partner, to set a goal, to show dexterity and speed, endurance and strength.
According to the definition of N.T. Lebedeva, "the health of a growing organism is a complex dynamic indicator that includes at least 5 signs: compliance of physiological life-supporting systems, easy adaptation to new conditions, high mental and physical performance and absence of diseases."
When assessing the state of health, it is necessary to talk about individual health, its structure, the possibility of determining the level and developing a promising program to strengthen it
According to Sh.Kh. Khankeldiyev, a systematic approach determines the research of those body systems whose functional features most typically reveal the interaction of the body and the living environment, with strict consideration of the influence of regional factors on the state of the functional systems of the body.
At the same time, T.S.Usmankhodjaev, E.A.Seithalilov identify a set of indicators that "integrally" reflect certain aspects of health:
1. the level and harmony of physical development,
2. functional state of the body,
3. the level of nonspecific resistance and immune protection,
4. the presence of a disease (or absence), a developmental defect,
5. the level of moral-volitional and value-motivational attitudes.
Some representatives of those who studied this problem suggested assessing the health of the contingent on three levels: somatic – improvement of self-regulation in the body, harmony of physiological processes, maximum adaptation to the living environment and social activity.
It is proposed to assess the state of health - according to a set of four criteria:
1. presence or absence of chronic diseases,
2. the level of the functional state of the body systems,
3. the degree of resistance of the body,
4. the level of physical development achieved and the degree of its harmony.
When conducting research aimed at studying the condition of children and adolescents, it is necessary to take into account the following factors: general morbidity, infectious morbidity, health index, the percentage of long-term and often ill children and adolescents, the prevalence and structure of the disease, the percentage of people with normal physical development.
Sociological studies conducted on physical education teachers of general education institutions have revealed that their main efforts are aimed at solving the tasks of physical education lessons, without paying special attention to the formation of a long-term, sustained interest in physical exercises that contribute to improving health with a view to subsequent periods of life.
Monitoring of modern scientific and methodological literature has allowed us to determine that among specialists dealing with the health of the younger generation, the opinion is increasingly taking root that a healthy lifestyle should be taught as well as subjects of mathematics or the Russian language.
E.A. Seithalilov, based on the results of mass experimental studies, identifies two types of activities, as a result of which a person acquires new knowledge and skills. The first one is directly aimed at mastering knowledge and skills, the second one is aimed at independent activity to master this knowledge and skills.
At the same time, it was revealed that not every motor activity in the learning process is educational and is as a special activity for mastering knowledge and skills that are associated with theoretical consciousness and thinking. This activity is built in accordance with the method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete.
The formation of students ' interest in physical culture should be
to be considered as a pedagogical process carried out in teaching and upbringing. Its success is determined by the quality of the educational process. The structure of educational activity, as well as the structure of any activity, according to the theory of L.P.Matveev, has the following components: need motive - goal conditions for achieving the goal. Each of the structural components has a specific educational character. Activity is determined by need, and actions are determined by motives. At the same time, theoretical knowledge is the content and need of educational activities. The formation of the need of schoolchildren in educational activities carries out its concretization in the variety of motivating motives that require children to perform educational actions. The task of a physical education teacher in the course of classes is to strengthen the desire of students to learn the laws related to the theory and motor skills of the students themselves, in order to create positive favorable conditions for its development throughout the training period, to supplement it with new motives coming from the content of education, forms and methods of organizing cognitive activity of students. The motives that encourage the acquisition of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills must be specially educated and constantly stimulated.
In this regard, as A.A.Abdullayev points out, it is necessary for a physical education teacher to organize educational activities in such a way that the internal motive in relation to educational activities is decisive in motivation and that the goals of actions correspond to this motive.
At physical education lessons, it is necessary to create conditions for the appearance of students' successes, to emphasize these successes, to show what new students have learned, since the basis of the creative activity of adolescents is often based not so much on the activity itself as on its results.
Considering the whole system of formation of the young generation as a pedagogical process of developing its needs and abilities, it should be noted that the need for physical culture and sports contributes to the development of a teenager, his body, physical readiness to perform other activities, which allows him to comprehensively and harmoniously develop his personality.
