4.3. EFFICIENCY OF FUNCTIONAL ADAPTATION OF THE BODY IN CONDITIONS OF HIGH EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE, INSOLATION AND ACCENTUATED USE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES
Increasing the body's resistance to overheating is important for achieving an optimal level of performance during intensive muscle work in conditions of high external temperature. The effects of hyper thermic adaptation were observed by us during physical training under conditions of solar irradiation in two groups of young athletes at an air temperature from +29.3 to + 38.7, relative humidity 27-46%, air pressure 942.5 – 954.3 molar, total solar radiation 61-73 kcal.
Hypothermic pauses developed and introduced into the training process by A.I.Yarotsky were used in the experimental group.
Based on the results of experimental studies of hand tremor in young athletes, it can be stated that the purposeful use of dosed effects of high ambient temperature and insolation in combination with the performance of physical exercises strictly regulated in intensity and volume, with the use of hypothermic pauses, favorably affects the functional state of the central nervous system. During the experiment, changes in arterial blood pressure and thermometry were of particular interest.
Performing physical exercises caused a noticeable drop in maximum and minimum blood pressure and the oscillography index. At the same time, the temperature increased by 2.7 degrees. After 15 days of classes in conditions of solar irradiation with the use of hypothermic pauses, it was accompanied by an increase in the maximum arterial blood pressure from the initial level of 92.4 + to 110 mmHg and an increase in the oscillography index to 3.67 mm, while the body temperature increased by only 0.5-0.9 degrees Celsius.
The analysis of the obtained results indicates that the process of functional adaptation to high external temperature and the performance of muscle work is a controlled process and is achieved by using time-regulated and nature-regulated physical exercises in combination with the use of restorative means in the form of hypothermic pauses.
