So, the result in the 100 m run decreased unreliably (by 0.1 ± 0.2 seconds), and in the 500 m run. achievements deteriorated slightly, from 115.9±12.6 seconds to 115.5± 12.1 seconds.( 0,35%)
As you can see, static exercises are not effective enough to prevent an increase in body weight and affect achievements in speed disciplines. It can be assumed that the insufficient energy demand characteristic of these types of exercises did not allow to stabilize the body weight and provide sufficient training effect for the growth of achievements in running disciplines.
Indicators in other types of pedagogical testing revealed that the proposed method of physical exercises has a training effect of the proper level. Thus, the results in the long jump with a run-up over the summer period of time increased by an average of 5.0 cm (2.53% , p < 0.0 5),
Of the other types of physical exercises tested in the control test, only the shifts in grenade throwing were statistically insignificant and amounted to 0.1 m.
The changes in the forward tilt indicator were quite visible, where the average achievements of the subjects increased by 1.6 cm. (14.9%, p < 0.01)
Statistically significant changes in the strength index were revealed, such as carpal dynamometry, where the achievements of girls studying at the medical school increased from 31.1 ± 5.2 kg to 32.9 ± 4.9 kg, making a difference of 1.8 ± 0.6 kg.
With the exception of indicators in grenade throwing, as well as running tests, in all other control exercises, the achievements of the subjects during the summer period have changed statistically significantly, which, in our opinion, the use of static and similar physical exercises in the summer months has a sufficient effect to prevent the deterioration of the physical condition of medical-oriented secondary school students.
Physical exercises turned out to be quite effective, in terms of their impact on flexibility and speed-strength qualities. Under the influence of static gymnastic exercises, the results in the tests of the long jump with a running start, forward tilt, dynamometric indicators improved, which gives grounds for using these exercises as a means of combating hypodynamia.
Performing combined stretching, balance and strength exercises in combination with breathing exercises in the presence of sufficiently large rest pauses between the performance of individual exercises turns out to be quite feasible and is not perceived psychologically negatively.
Regular use of static exercises allows you to maintain at a sufficiently high level indicators of strength, flexibility and speed-strength qualities, contributing to the improvement of well-being and psychologically well perceived by students.
In the third experimental group, the most favorable changes were observed, whose representatives were engaged in both gymnastic exercises from the yogi system and physical exercises provided for by the experimental program during the summer months. Analysis of experimental data revealed that by the end of the studies, body weight stabilization was achieved, expressed in a slight increase of 0.2 kg. During the summer months, the girls' body weight increased and ranged from 51.6 ±4.3 kg to 51.8±4.7 kg.
The comparative dynamics of body weight indicators in the girls of this experimental group with similar indicators of the representatives of the two experimental groups, gives reason to believe that the inclusion in the program of practical physical exercises of large volume and high intensity, where national outdoor and sports games such as volleyball and basketball were performed, allowed to stabilize the body weight, equalizing the energy consumption of the body with the energy intake due to dosed use of nutrients.
The analysis of experimental data obtained during the pedagogical experiment revealed that in the female students of the control group, with regular exercise in the summer, body weight increased by an average of 3.1 kg, and in the girls of the second experimental group, where low-intensity static physical exercises were used, body weight increased by 2.9 kg.
This gives reason to believe that static exercises for flexibility and balance, as well as breathing exercises are insufficient to provide energy consumption that allows you to stabilize the body weight. The inclusion of intensive physical exercises such as sports games and national outdoor games in the system of classes makes it possible to ensure the stabilization of body weight for the entire period of the pedagogical experiment
Analyzing the results in testing control physical exercises, it should be noted that in all cases, with the exception of throwing grenades, a statistically significant increase in results was found.
The proposed method of conducting physical exercises in combination with static exercises for flexibility and balance in hyperthermia conditions revealed an improvement in the speed capabilities of girls evaluated by the results in 100m running from 16.1 ± 0.1 sec to 15.9± 0.8 sec, which was a difference of 0.2 sec (1.25% , p < 0.05).
In the 500 m run, more progressive changes were noted when assessing the motor quality of endurance. If in May, the girls of this control group showed an average result of 116.0 ± 11.7 seconds, then when retested in September, the result had a positive increase of 2.0 seconds. (1,1,73%) , and averaged 114.0±11.1 seconds.
