Gold nanoparticles introduced ZnO/Perovskite/Silicon heterojunction solar cell

 
Jasurbek Gulomov
was born in Andijan, 
Uzbekistan in 1999. He received a B.S. in Physics from Andijan State 
University, Uzbekistan in 2021. Currently, he works as a researcher at the 
Renewable energy sources laboratory of Andijan State University. He is also 
a master's student of physics at Andijan State University, focusing on 
renewable energy sources and environmental sustainability. He is the author 
of 16 articles and 7 inventions. Research interests are numerical simulation, 
nanoplasmonic solar cells, metal nanoparticles, metal oxides, heterojunction 
solar cells, computational material science, and programming. Jasurbek is a 
holder of a national scholarship after being named Mirzo Ulugbek and 
winner of Student of the Year in 2021. 
Oussama 
Accouche
studied 
electrical 
engineering at the Lebanese University, Beirut, Lebanon from 2006 to 2011. 
He received his master's and Ph.D degrees in Smart Grids from Grenoble-
Alpes University, Grenoble, France in 2016. He has several years of 
industrial and international experience, including France, Italy, and Japan as 
a supervisor engineer. Since September 2018, he has been working as an 
assistant professor in the electrical engineering department of the American 
University of the Middle East, Egaila, Kuwait. His research topics include 
smart grids, renewable energies, solar cells, artificial intelligence, and smart 
cities.
