FORMATION OF STUDENTS 'LEARNING AND CREATIVE MOTIVATION ON THE BASIS OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

Annotation: this in the article pedagogical technology in education _ importance discussion is done. Ways of forming students' creative abilities on the basis of pedagogical technologies are shown. Every teacher engaged in creative activity faces many problems, in solving them he sometimes used all his pedagogical skills. Such problems include the problem of developing and supporting students ’interest in reading, and the problem of declining motivation to learn.

INTRODUCTION
Recently, in the field of society and pedagogy, special attention is paid to the development of modern technologies aimed at achieving high and sustainable results of pedagogical activity and the rapid introduction of them into the educational process. Achieving the efficiency and high quality of education, the development of its practical direction, the improvement of pedagogical technologies are called the leading goals of the entire education system.
Every teacher engaged in creative activity faces many problems, in solving them he sometimes used all his pedagogical skills. Such problems include the problem of developing and supporting students ’interest in reading, and the problem of declining motivation to learn.
Interest in the material being studied and activate them throughout the lesson, so that the teacher's task is not to provide the necessary information more clearly and colorfully than in the textbook, but only the organizer of educational activities it should also be borne in mind that he will be a student, not an anthropologist.
At the same time, the teacher organizes and manages educational activities. All this helps students to develop an interest in science and the use of pedagogical technologies in practice along with the learning process.
