Students role play the meeting in groups of five. If your class does not divide 
naturally into fives, the groups may be smaller, with some roles combined, for 
example D and E. Encourage them to use the language from this section.

Extension activity: simulation part 2
Students meet to discuss the activity scheduling for their exhibition. They should 
also produce a save-the-date and/or an invitation for their event, and send these 
to people that they want to invite to the event.
