THE BIRD OF EKIL-BEKIL IN THE SANAMA: THE MYTHICAL BIRDS IN OUR FOLKLORE AND THE IMAGE OF BEKIL IN "THE BOOK OF DEDE KORKUT"
Summary
Although mythical birds are common on the folklore of Azerbaijan literature Ekil-Bekil image else one of sanama don`t come across anywhere. In testimony Bekil in the encounter "The Book of Dede Korkut" "Bekil the son Imran". People`s poetry with the image of Ekil-Bekil relationship between the image of Bekil "The Book of Dede Korkut" is actually very interesting.
The zoomythical image of Ekil-Bekil the image of Bekil which of "The Book of Dede Korkut" in fact are different, as are their common points. The image of Bekil "The Book of Dede Korkut" in addition to hunting, and the same time he protection of borders. On the other hand the image of Bekil of the man – horse riding, rattle the saber, a man of homeland defense. And people`s poetry with the image of Ekil-Bekil is one of the birds – garden defense, her protect birds.
In this article will be coparison the sanama of "Ekil-Bekil was the bird" the image of Ekil-Bekil and the image of Bekil which of the epos "The Book of Dede Korkut" and will be analyzed in light of other mythical birds.
