Shops and shoppings

The face of the towns and villages in Uzbekistan is changing. We see new houses, schools cinemas, and shops in every town . Shops are very important in our life. There are different kinds of shops. Some of them sell bread. Others have tea, sugar, coffee, butter, cheese, sausages, meat or fruit. When we want to buy something, we take our shopping bag and go to a shop . There we talk with shopkeepers who sell things.

Many people do their shopping at the market. There, farmer sell vegetables and fruit that they grow themselves. They sell meat, milk and other things too.

Big shops with many departments are called stores. In stores we can buy almost anything we like. In the windows we see all the things that they sell: food, suits, dresses, boots, radios, TV set and other things.

Toshqo’rg’on is a big village in the mountains and it’s very beautiful. Oltinsoy is a beautiful, small village in a valley. Toshqo’rg’on means a castle of stone. The houses there are made of stone. In spring all the trees are blossom. They are big and strong. The village is called Oltinsoy because it’s near the river Oltinsoy. The village is very famous because there is a dinosaur path in the mountains near the village. The water in the river is clean but very cold. The village is an interesting place because there is a big, old tree there. There are 23 dinosaur footprints on the path. The tree is very, very big and many years ago people had a school in it. In Summer, if you go to the village, you can see the tree school. A lot of tourists and scientists come to see them every Summer
