Explanation

We want to take Solution 1 and Solution 3, combining the clear regulatory lines with the hiring of a parking regulator. WIUT can contribute a single time expense on highlighting the regulatory lines in order to make the parking division clearer.
Furthermore, this can be then combined with the parking regulator, to allow him to regulate the parking even further. The combination of these two solutions will be Desirable for the WIUT administration, since Solution 1 does not require significant investment, while the Solution 3 was previously implemented successfully from the feedback provided from our interviewees.
The Feasibility of this new combination is also quite high, mainly due to the lowest expenses for these two solutions, at least compared to the other two. Since Solution 2 and 4 will require tremendous investment and construction, it may not be as viable as the other solutions, which will be able to address the problem immediately.
Lastly, the viability of the combined solution is relatively low because the lines that are drawn have to be renewed every few years, and the parking regulator will only be able to work during the academic year, after which he will have to be let go, because there is no need for a parking regulator in the time when there are no students at the university.
Hence, the final solution we propose is updating the regulatory lines every few years and hiring a regulator each Academic Year to ensure that the parking is appropriately regulated.
