Statement of Needs (700-800words)

Ex: Make clear regulatory instructions (Seminar 6)

This solution is meant to mimic what is done in most parking spaces. Since WIUT parking area’s regulatory lines on the road have not been freshened up in many years, we propose that the university make clear regulation to where there are parking spots, how they are divided and from which side people can drive. Furthermore, it is important to introduce where drivers cannot park, to make sure that the road is not blocked and does not create traffic jams (Johnson, 2018).
When implementing this solution, WIUT administration will have to get permission from the district Hokimyat to make sure that the rules of transportation are followed. We cannot create our own ruleset, since the area in which the parking is located is government owned (Willson, 2013).
