Evaluation
Moving on to the final stage of the proposal, we would like to look at the best solution for the problem. We will be using the Selection Matrix to make our choice and then we will view all the solutions and their rating, explaining why we made the choice.

We will be using a 10-point scale to determine which solution is the best, and then we will describe. The Selection matrix has the original point given and, in brackets, the score based on the percentage, with the total score calculated based on the sum of the percentage results.

As it is determined from the Selection Matrix, the best solution is Solution 3 – Parking Regulator. However, with deliberation with our group members, we have determined that we can implement SCAMPER, namely Combining, in order to synthesize two of the higher rating solutions.
