The properties of the tax system are not inherent in its elements separately, but 
arise from combining these elements into a single, integral system. The essence and 
functions of the tax system, in General, and taxes in particular, can be multidirectional. 
The tax system of the state is managed by the government with the help of tax policy, 
which changes the amount of tax payments received by the budget. It should also be 
noted that in the context of global globalization, the external environment for the tax 
system is becoming not only the national, but also the world economy.

Alisher Navoi's poem "Lison ut-Tayr" summarizes the progressive 
philosophical ideas put forward by the great thinker, that people should rush to true 
love, the love of ALLAH.
The book offers not only mystical and philosophical views, but also 
philosophical, ethical, and religious, educational considerations.
