the session generating significant and scrutinized learning atmosphere for students. 
Biggs and Tang (2007) point out that students’ attempts to understand the theory 
connecting it with real life examples, fitting it what they have already known, 
ascertaining how details relate to one another is a guarantee that students deeply 
approached to leaning. Where deep approach to learning is adapted, there is 
transformation of knowledge, and students are able to synthesize information

IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN CREDIT
SYSTEM

Abstract: Today, integration in the field o f international cooperation and 
education has led to significant changes in the system of higher education. In recent 
years, consistent work is underway to develop a new educational system. They differ 
from the old system not only with their structure, but also with the new attribute of the 
relationship between teachers and students, in terms of content and quality. In this 
regard, a number of activities have been implemented in the country in connection with 
the implementation of this new system.
Key w ords: regulation, credit system, a credit transcript, multiple foreign 
languages, transmitter.
The proposal to introduce a credit system for training specialists for the sphere 
of information technology and communications has been widely approved by the 
public. Academic credit system was adopted at the Tashkent University of Information 
Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi and its branches in accordance 
with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 19, 2018 
"On Measures for Further Improvement of Information Technologies and 
Communications". “Regulation” on academic credit system has been developed and 
approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 569 dated 2.07.2018. The 
introduction of the most up-to-date credit system will provide the university with 
access to the world's leading universities.
A credit system is a systematic way of describing an educational program by 
attaching credits to its components. The definition of credits in higher education 
systems may be based on different parameters, such as student workload, learning 
outcomes and contact hours.
The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System is a student-centered 
system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a program,
