TRUCKER DELAYS

We have our own network of truckers we use which are certified and reliable. They did many jobs for us in the past and have a good record. We have insurance on file with them as well.

Only situations drivers run into delay are due to the weather condition, traffic, having a breakdown of some sort, so I will check for the trucker that can commit to a delivery few days prior your delivery date,just to make sure it will get there.
Really sorry to hear that the driver didn't pick up you vehicle yet,please understand we try to provide as good service as we can, but the truck drivers are independent owner operators that we must rely on to transport the vehicle. I'm sure our team will do the best to resolve this negative experience for you
We do have our own trucks that run certain routes, but unfortunately cannot cover all routes within the country so we do utilize certified owner operator truckers as well, depends on the route.

Keep in mind your deposit is fully refundable, and if you wish to do so I can have one of our agents refund you. The carrier we have assigned has done many jobs for us in the past and has a good record. We have insurance on file with them as well. The particular trucker might be new or having some issues with pickups / drop offs. We will have to speak to him and see what was the issue.


DOUBLE BOOKING

I'm looking at the market currently and there's another company also looking for a trucker for your vehicle at $600. It is called Nationwide Transporters. Are you working with them as well?

Working with the multiple companies will only increase the rate and delay the shipment. I would suggest to choose only one company to work with. At this time we can stop working on your order until you can confirm that you would like to ship your vehicle with us. We provide honest and accurate service. Thanks.
LOWER PRICE

No problem, we might be able to go lower depending on how fast you are looking to have it shipped, but I would say $850 is the lowest we can go and still ship it in a timely manner. Anything below that would be too low to get the job done.

I think your reasoning is good. But unfortunately in reality things are working differently. The price depends on the market. Currently there are too many vehicles waiting to be shipped in this route and their owners already bid more than $...I just don't think any trucker would accept your vehicle at the price lower than $. Realistic quote would ensure your vehicle to be accepted and shipped in time.

Keep in mind lowest price is not always the best option in this industry, especially a rate of $650 would be too low to get the job done as we strive to handle your vehicle with most care using NAT certified auto carriers. Lowest we can go in this route is $850 and still get your vehicle shipped in timely manner. I am at your disposal at all times.
