Conversation with customer example:

I understand you are looking for car transportation and the shipping quotes and if I may take a minute of your time I'm here to give you quick but precise estimation. Just need to know when exactly you want your car transported, what's the first available pick up date. Is it strict and the only pick up date or you are couple of days flexible? Remember that the more flexible you are-better the quote is. I see that you are shipping 2010 Toyota Corolla, is it operable vehicle?

We can make your car going at $800. It is all inclusive quote - door to door service as long as truck can approach to given address, full insurance included, all tax and tolls paid, no additional fees or hidden charges. Standard transit time in this route is 3-4 days and you are also allowed to have up to 100 lbs personal items with the car free of charge, but must be placed in the trunk or in the back compartment below window level.
All I need is pickup and delivery address, point of contact and phone number on pickup and delivery and at least couple of days advanced notice to save the spot on truck for your vehicle.

If a customer asks about insurance:

We provide full insurance; it's bumper to bumper and covers at least $100,000 damage per each vehicle.

If a customer asks if they can transport more than 100lbs of luggage:
In open trailer transport, all seats in the vehicle must be empty. It's been regulated by the low. If you place any luggage in the front or back seat, driver will get the ticket. He is willing to take it only if you want to pay for the ticket, which is additional $100 (for sedan) / $150 for SUVs,vans and pick up trucks. So if you want to take more than 100 lbs of personal items you can put it in front and back seat of the car, it must be below window level and the driver seat must be empty and it costs $100/$150 extra. Also, we are not liable for personal belongings and our insurance doesn't cover for it.
