INSURANCE

We offer cargo insurance, bumper to bumper. Minimun insurance coverage for open trailer is $100K . For enclosed from $500K to 1million

Items inside vehile will be not be insured
We can share copy of insurance file once trucker is scheduled.
Driver does inspection report on pickup and delivery location and leaves a copy with customer so he can check if there is any damage happened during transport


FORM OF PAYMENT

Payment is flexible. Trackers do not accept CC. You can either pay with us in full once the trucker is scheduled with any major credit card, but please note that any CC payment over $500 is subjected to additional transaction fee. ...of $ 35-50 ( for 500-1000 is $35, for 1000-1500 is $50).

The other option and I'd say the best one is to pay with us partially amount of a deposit with your credit card, and pay the remaining to the trucker on delivery in cash, cashier's check or money order. (The balance will be due to the trucker upon delivery in cash, cashier's check or money order)

DRIVERS

We utilize NAT certified truckers, we do not schedule just any trucker in the area. We have valid insurance on file for any trucker we schedule, and you can always confirm the charge with the trucker once your shipment is scheduled. We have the list of truckers that we use and they do good honest work and will not be doing any add-on charges.

Some truckers do pickup over the weekend but most do not.
