All these factors are closely interrelated. In this regard, the task of improving
human innovation productivity can only be solved by implementing a comprehensive
system approach in both theoretical research and practice of human resource
management in production [3].
In addition to above mentioned, the factors that determine the effectiveness of
a human resource in textile manufacturing include, first of all, the characteristics of
the person himself. It can be characterized by:
1. As a subject that has certain deep life interests.
According to the researches deep life interests represent "attraction is based on a
stable psychological needs". Determining the type of life interests of an employee
allows to determine the scope of activity in which he will be able to maximize his
potential. According to the results of the research, identified eight types have been
identified:
-application of technologies (people are attracted by the internal laws of
processes, they like to look for the most effective ways to use technologies. Such
employees prefer planning, studying production systems and designing production
processes);
-quantitative analysis (people who one of the human beings who has deep life
interest see computing as the best or even the only way to find optimal commercial
solutions).
-theory development and conceptual thinking (people tend to think and talk
about abstract ideas, love to theorize, conduct scientific research. For them the
rationale for the strategy is more important than the ways to implement it);
-constructive creativity (people like the start of the project, when there are still a
lot of unknown in it, having a rich imagination and the ability to generate fresh ideas,
they like to look for new approaches);
-mentoring and training (people like to teach others. In production, this
manifests itself in curating or mentoring. They strive to help others to grow and
improve, and can engage in voluntary social work;
-managing people and relationships (people get joy from everyday
communication with others. Interested not so much in the growth and improvement
of partners, but in how to fulfill the tasks facing the organization with them and with
their help);
-organizational activities and entrepreneurship (people tend to keep everything
under control, are drawn to power, want to make decisions. They like to lead projects
and work groups and strive to take on maximum responsibility);
-influence through information and language means (people like to negotiate,
tell, persuade, like to engage in communication).
2. As a carrier of competencies, able to solve certain professional problems.
