JKJ is a large business that makes machinery. A new computer system is about to be 
introduced which will help boost the efficiency of the organisation by a significant 
percentage. The management of JKJ wishes to identify the various stages of the 
learning process and have therefore decided to use Kolb’s model to help them plan 
the stages needed. 
Kolb suggested that there were four main stages within the learning process:

experimentation 
D Reflective
